Madi Metcalf
MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Pathologist
I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and have a profound love for my community. I moved around a lot growing up, but it also gave me the opportunity to live in Bentonville, Springdale, Huntsville, and Fayetteville, which led me to experience so much of what NWA has to offer. I attended the University of Central Arkansas for my bachelor’s in communication sciences and disorders and returned to Fayetteville to complete my master’s in communication sciences and disorders at the University of Arkansas. I now live in Bella Vista with my husband, our two dogs, and cat.
I have completed a 28 hour introductory training for orofacial myofunctional disorders and have received 2 Awards of Continuing Education from the American Speech Language Hearing Association for obtaining 70 hours of continuing education. I have focused my independent studies around pediatric feeding disorders and swallowing disorders across the lifespan. I am also actively pursing my Board Certification in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders.
The core values that drive me in life are dependability, honesty, and determination.
