Emily King
PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
I grew up in Fort Smith, AR. I graduated from Southside High School in 2011, then went on to obtain my Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith in 2015. I went on to obtain my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO in 2019.
I would say that kindness, compassion, perseverance, and faith are some of the values that I strive to embody in my life.

“Be still and know that I am God.”-Psalm 46:10
I have been working in outpatient Physical Therapy for 5 1/2 years. I strive to improve patient awareness regarding the importance of improving strength, balance, and range of motion and the role it plays in overall wellness and quality of life.
I am a Physical Therapist. I typically work with adults of all ages, and specifically treat gait and balance deficits among other issues.
I enjoy working with orthopedic/surgical cases and balance problems. Helping patients regain their mobility and independence is extremely rewarding for me.
I love the compassion and care that my boss, Danni, consistently provides her patients and staff. She is a very easy person to work for and goes above and beyond to make sure the smallest of things aren’t overlooked in her clinic. I also love working in the outpatient setting as my patients are almost always motivated to get better, which always helps provide better outcomes.
I love to travel and spend time with my husband/family/friends. I enjoy taking walks and playing with my golden retriever. My husband and I enjoy going on hikes or mountain ride bikes along with other outdoor activities when the weather is nice.
